For instance, Amazon's customer-centric approach relies on the collection and analysis of customer feedback, reviews, and behavioural data to enhance user experience. Similarly, Netflix leverages AI-driven data analytics to assess viewing habits, preferences, and ratings, thereby curating personalised content recommendations. Leaders at these organisations capitalise on AI’s analytical capabilities to drive strategic business decisions.
